With an enviable location just 150m flat walk from the seafront in the lovely village of Almyrida, where the white sand beaches shelve gently into the crystal clear aquamarine water and are encircled by a number of excellent beachside tavernas, cafes and shops, it is easy to understand why Villa Natassa is a much sought after holiday home.  Neatly presented and with excellent facilities, Villa Natassa is perfectly suited to summer living and is the ideal base for a vacation by the sea. Parents of young children will be delighted to know that in addition to being just a stone's throw from Almyrida's shallow child-friendly beaches, Villa Natassa has the distinct advantage of having a private 40m2 swimming pool with a dedicated children's area that is fenced and gated off from the villa, thus ensuring the safety of the younger family members and the peace of mind of the older ones.

Arranged over two floors, with two separate living areas, each with their own access via shared external steps, Villa Natassa will be of interest to groups or families with grandparents, or anyone seeking an added degree of privacy while still being very much part of the holiday. Teenagers in particular will enjoy being able to come and go from the very safe village centre with its fun and friendly atmosphere - without the fear of disturbing their relatives. On the first floor the villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and the top floor has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both floors have a living room and kitchen, as well as terraces facing north, east and south for a choice views and sun or shade.  Accessed via double doors leading out from the 3 bedrooms, the 2 north/east facing terraces look out over Almyrida's bridge and main parking area to the beach and the turquoise Aegean Sea, whilst the south facing terraces look out over the pool, garden, a vineyard, and olive groves to the majestic White Mountains. As well as taking in the stunning rural views from here, parents have the perfect vantage point from which to keep a watchful eye on the activity in the pool.  Villa Natassa is only ever rented to one family or group so that they are guaranteed the private use of the pool and amenities.

Villa Natassa's contemporary interior is light and airy, with a fresh, colourful theme. The furnishings are comfortable and every modern amenity has been supplied including free unlimited WIFI, TVs with satellite channels, DVD players, fully fitted kitchens with cookers, microwave ovens, toasters, kettles and coffee makers; fully tiled bathrooms, washing machines,  hairdryers; a safe, dark green aluminium doors, window frames and shutters, and air conditioning units in the bedrooms. The A/C units also double up as heaters for the cooler nights at the start and end of the season, and there is a working fireplace in the first floor living room. In consideration of the environment, the water is heated either by solar panel or a back-up immersion heater.

Outside, the pool terrace and landscaped garden enjoy a south-facing aspect making them a real sun-trap.  Many hours are likely to be spent soaking up the rays and cooling off in the sparkling pool waters so the owners have made the pool terrace as pretty, safe, and restful as possible. There are non-slip tiles, sun-loungers, umbrellas, a table and chairs, a safety gate, and numerous plants in terracotta pots and flower beds that add a splash of colour.  A vineyard, an olive grove, and the villa itself are on 3 sides of the pool terrace, a low wall fringed by shrubs surrounds the entire 500m2 plot, and there are a number of mature pine trees in the grounds that make this a surprisingly quiet and rural setting, but Villa Natassa's exceptional location so close to the beach and tavernas in this popular village does prohibit the possibility of complete privacy. The property is complete with gated private parking, two small manicured lawns, and a large covered dining area that features a fridge, a stone built barbeque, and a traditional bread/pizza oven that is certain to be the focal point for fun family meals that can include fresh vegetables (such as tomatoes and cucumbers) from the garden when in season.

For the more active amongst you, Almyrida has pedalos (small paddle boats) for rent, a water sports centre, a scuba diving office, and the rural outskirts of Almyrida make for excellent walking territory with numerous paths and trails criss-crossing across the hillsides of olive and pine to the quaint surrounding villages. For cyclists, there are 5 bicycles at the villa and the district council has made a cycle lane on the local roads (though be warned the area is rather hilly!), and for those who love sea swimming, Almyrida Beach proudly flies the coveted EU Blue flag which is only given to beaches with high standards in cleanliness, bathing water quality, and environmental and coastal protection.

*** As of January 01, 2024, the Greek government have replaced the old “bed tax” with a new tax that is applied to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece. The Climate Resilience Levy is a response to the devastating forest fires and floods that Greece has experienced in recent years, with the government hoping to generate extra funding that will go towards financing reconstruction, supporting victims, and increasing the country’s defences against future natural disasters.

The owners of all short-term rental accommodation are legally obliged to collect the Climate Resilience Levy as a separate tax for all overnight stays (per villa) as follows:
€10.00 per night on stays between March 01 and October 31, and €4.00 per night on stays between November 01 and February 28/29.

We will collect the Climate Levy with your final balance payment and it will be clearly itemised on your Booking Confirmation.

Whilst we understand the potential budget concerns of our guests, this tax/levy is beyond our control and we encourage our guests to see this as a way of contributing to the protection of the planet and the beautiful area where they are holidaying.
